There are a lot of pictures this time.  I should have taken a picture of them all in one big group. These are all the accessories that I am sending along with the hats. The butterflies were heaver that I thought they would be.  I still have to put pins on the back or I maybe send pins along and let my sister do it so that she can make sure they are securely attached to the hats.  The list of the patterns I used is on my Ravelry pattern page.

I've been making some progress on the scarf that goes with my nephew's hat.  Wile it is growing it's going to be a wile till it's long enough.  It mostly looks the way I want except since it's a kind of ribbing I didn't think it would curl but it is.  Since it's for a little boy and not a fancy piece I won't  worry about it, just make a note of it for the future. After the scarf are the fingerless gloves and baby mitts for the nieces.  If I can get this lice thing taken care of I'll work on the little fox.  I think I'll buy the pattern for that today.

I'm still watching Fated To Love You.  I have one episode left.  I watched one episode of the Taiwanese version but I think I like the Korean one better.  Maybe it had a larger budget but the costumes and sets seem better to me.  I just connect to the Korean actors better or maybe it's the story telling.  The funny thing is that I have only watched one Taiwanese drama all the way through and pieces of two others and I think I recognize actors (I didn't look it up).  I think the director's assistant is played bye the weird Chronos Time salesman in Absolute Boyfriend and the brother-in-law is the manager in Fabulous Boys. I'll give a review next time and then I need to catch up on my podcasts.

I forgot to say I when I volunteered at the school on Friday I helped the librarian with the kindergarten computer class.  It was interesting to see the difference between all the kids.  A lot of it was dexterity and that the mice were not made for such small hands but I'm sure having a computer at home or not was part of it.  It kind of made me surprised that lice don't run rampant in  the school because the headphones are not cleaned between classes (not that cleaning headphones is easy).  One student, sitting by the door way, sneezed right as another student waked right by.  He looked up and me with a big smile and said "I'm sick."  I reminded him to cover his mouth so someone else didn't get sick but the damage was done.  It makes me feel for the teachers just a little more.

I think that's it.  The weather is getting colder and has a bite to it in the morning sometimes.  I was saddened to see a Christmas display all set up in a store. I understand the displays being up before Thanksgiving because some people meet then and not at Christmas or they have to mail a present but not before Halloween.  It's still so early in October.  Sigh.  See you next time.
